1 day till Switzerland

HELLO

This is my 50th post :). I only started blogging on the 12/03/09. 4 months a a bit later and I've done a whole 50 posts. i haven't yet got bored of all this blogging. I loving telling you everything that happens in my life even if my life is fairly uneventful. My blog has transformed over these moths because I'm finding it easier to use. I've done a load of vlog which add variety but most people don't bother to watch them all the way through. I know they r long but i get carried away easily. The link from my fb websites to this blog has been fixed. A guy from my TG told me a few months ago it didn't work. I only just remembered to fix it.

Anyway 2morrow I'm going to Switzerland :). I'm completely packed. My camera is fully charged. It took me long enough but i was able to pack a lot of clothes. I've got to be at Kings road 2morrow at 4.15 to check passports and stuff. We then go to Rownhams services, wherever that is, around 5. Then the coach sets off around 6. We should arrive at our Switzerland campsite about midday Sunday.

There really isn't much else to tell u lot other then I can't wait till 2morrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get back on the 9th around midday but i will be shattered.

So Goodbye and I'll do another post in around two wks about how the trip was.

It's 3 days away :):):):):):):):):):):)

It's so close

I still haven't started packing yet. meh. I'll do it 2morrow. I'll be staying in the town called Kandersteg. In a tent :). The leaders get to stay in a lovely big hut.

Hockenhorn that big mountain that I'll be climbing is big. The summit 3293m. Not as bad as it sounds as our base for the 2 weeks is 1000m high so it's only a 2,000m climb. I'm kidding it's a evil evil hike I'm gonna die :(.

Here are some details about the wonderful snow and ice combo activity I'm doing: This new workshop combines the very popular Ice Climbing and Glacier Workshops. The group will leave the centre at 07.30 on the first day arriving at the Frundenhutte (2'562m) for lunch. After a break you will travel on the glacier and participate in the Glacier Workshop. After staying overnight in the hut you will then participate in the exciting Ice Climbing Workshop. You will then hike back to the Centre returning about 18.00. This activity is great value for money and a good time saver if you want to participate in two snow and ice workshops.

Here is a vid of the Switzerland trip which happened i think two yrs ago showing off what I'll soon be doing. watch please. It mentions at the end that the trip costs £435. But that doesn't include the £270 I spent on activities. So all together it cost me £ 705. That's a gd price when u think about it.

5 days till switzerland

Hello

Switzerland is so close :). I CAN'T WAIT. I still ave not started packing yet. I'll do it later. I've included my timetable for Switzerland. I've said before which activities I'm doing but this shows what day and how busy most of my days are. v busy. Hockenhorn is a 2 day hike up a mountain. On Swiss National Day the Swiss people celebrate being Swiss. We dress up as Swiss people as we're that cool :). We're also putting on stalls and things.

Anyway, I've been off for 3 days and I'm already losing track of time. It feels like Sunday but it's Monday. I just got back from cubs. It was ok. We took them on a little hike. Another one of our cubs left us for gd :(. He moving to i think Bishopstoke. It due to his dad's job. He's a gd lad. Bit annoying but he's one f the few cubs i can have a proper conversation with. I'll miss him slightly.

My life has been a bit uneventful. Except for Saturday Night. I went round Alex's with a load of other people. There was no reason for this party other then to have fun ad fun we had. I was there and so was Alex, Steve, Ollie, James, Sarah, Kitty, Saffron, Jen, Segun, Luke, Emma, Hannah. It was gd and i got many funny pics that will soon be on fb. and there was alcohol :). I didn't have much unlike Kitty, Alex, Steve, Ollie and James who were all v drunk. I was just drunk on life like always. We messed around on the trampoline. We listened to lots of music like marcarena. We also lost the dog for a couple of mins. It lucky went into the garden. It could of been a lot worse as the dog runs v fast and it was pitch black. Alex and Kitty had a bit of fun and so did Steve and Sarah.

So that was my wkend. I'm off now to do some more chilling. :)

Hello

today was the last day of college for 7 wks :). No many people bothered to turn up. I did, for a single history and Maths. I've got set homework for the hols :(. History homework :(. 2000 word essay which actually isn't that much.

I leave on the 25Th for Switzerland :). 8 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Soon time to get packing. And I'm back here on the 9Th. I think

Then on the 17Th August I'm off to Cyprus with my family :). I get back on the 1st September.

5 days free. then back to college at 8.30 Monday morning. That's my summer holiday. Want to meet up I'm free: now-25Th, 9Th-17Th, 1st-6Th.

Right back to life. On Wednesday i saw HARRY POTTER. I was really gd but i don't think it was as amazing as the 5Th one. But i enjoyed it loads. It's just as funny as the 5Th one and there aren't any really annoying lines. Well there's 'Once again I must ask too much of you. Harry.' But that isn't as annoying as 'who are you and what have u done with Hermione'. That line is so annoying :@. Anyway go see the film. u'll lv it.

On Thursday i had my maths coursework interview. it was worth 2/18 of the coursework. Meaning it was worth 1/135 of my maths A2. Now that's point-full. I think it went fine. My teacher didn't make it hard. I hopefully got both marks. So that whole coursework is worth 6.6666666666666666% of my maths A2 not 3%.

As it the hols it's time to sleep loads.

Fun day and other stuff

Hello

Yesterday was fun day. The whole day was absolutely awful and evil due to one reason. NO CANNDY FLOSS. They advertised it b4 but when it came to the day there was none around :(. I wasn't happy. I'm kidding the day was awesome. Jen, Steve, Katie O and my tutor group all failed at dodgeball and therefore at life. They were all out in the first round. Disgraceful. Adam did better he passed the first round of rounders then lost the next. I also fail at life as i was beaten by Katie O at gladiators. I won first round. She won second. third was a draw but i hit the ground first hence she won.I went to my history lesson at 2.45 as I'm a gd boy :). 8 other people turned up :@. But the lesson finished early so i managed to get my 4.30 bus home.

I'm tired today as i stayed up last night till 11.30 doing my maths coursework for 2day. Sure it's only worth 1/15 of my overall A2 but every bit counts. I opened it all up at 8 yesterday but the conversion between 2007 to 2003 went horribly wrong so i downloaded the trail of office 2007 for 6 months. It took forever to download and install. But i got it done and i handed it in at 10 2day.

2night i'm seeing Harry potter at 8 i can't wait. I'm annoyed my sister has already seen it :(. I'm gonna get back at midnight and i start at 8.30 2morrow. So i'll be v tired. Also 2morrow i ave a 4 hr free. 10.20-2.20. and that lesson at 2.20 lasts 10 mins. So pointless. Basically as we done with coursework all maths lessons are cancelled. But there are interviews about the coursework. Mine's at 2.20. They last 10 mins. I'm annoyed

Drifting with Driftwood No. 2

Hello

this week i given my compact camera 3 gifts!!!!!!!!

First gift is a new strap. This will be the third strap for this camera. The first my mum cut of by accident when it was being sent off like i explained in Camera Part 2. The second strap got attached to one of my kitchen draws which happened to be the one under the sink meaning it doesn't pull out it's just there to look nice. Well the draw won and the strap came out destroyed. Hence i got a new one from Jessops costing me £7.

Second gift is a new battery. There is nothing wrong with the current battery but in Switzerland i will need two batteries and we're camping on a field with no source of power. As i'm there for 10 days i may end up needing both batteries.

Third gift is a new memory card just in case i get carried away in Switzerland.

15 days till Switzerland :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):) I wore the switzerland hoodie on Wednesday and it was so nice and cosy and lovely.

Talking about Wednesday. DRIFTWOOD?????!!!!!!!!!! Driftwood? was once again having a gig and this time they were back at the railway. Plus this time they had practiced and they had a new song which i liked ish. I was there and so was Sam Boyes, Alex Coles, Aron, some french people, a dude from my tutor group and many more. Luke played guitar with his mouth which was just plain weird. I have nothing against people playing guitar with their mouth but only if the guitar makes an audible tune. Luke's guitar didn't. Pictures will soon be put on facebook of both this gig and the one at the talking heads plus vids.

I have to hand in my maths coursework on wednesday. AHHHHHHHHHHH. I'm nearly there but i'll be spending a lot of time at the wkend doing it.

Eventful few weeks are coming. Switzerland is so close. I can't wait.

Back to life. On Friday i went to Intech. We went straight to the planetarium to learn about black holes and stuff. Interesting but we don't start learning about planets in class till September when i would of forgotten everything the show said. Oh well. According to Bass I'm the god of Planetariums (don't ask).

Saturday and Sunday i went camping with Tom. We got there for 10. It was so boring and it was raining. We had nothing to do as we had no tent. Jamie Keyter had our tent but both him and Joe North had got a bit hammered at a after prom party. Jamie's mum came at around 11 with the tent saying he was fast asleep and a bit ill. Silly Jamie. Anyway me and tom with some help from the other explorers put up the tent in the poring rain. The second it was all up it stopped raining :@. Well that's life. My stuff was soaking wet and there was still no Jamie or Joe. we had some lunch then Joe came along. We played some games. Climbed trees. Had many 'talks' with tom. Then we went to Tesco to buy the ingredients for 2night's dinner spaghetti Bolognese. Jamie arrived around 4. We made them do most of the cooking as we had done the tent. Sunday we did nothing. It was even more boring. Then to really annoy me they made us do environment work :@. The whole thing finished at 3 with a meeting about Switzerland. 18 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!

But that wasn't all i did on Sunday. I also went to Jen's house for a barbecue. I was there and so was Jen, Tom, Becky, Andrew, Katie H, Adam, Katie O, Jo, And Geoffrey Bills. We had fun. We played Buckaroo and hide and seek. We were v bored. The buckaroo failed as we could put all the items on it and it still didn't go. It was an old version of the game.

2morrow I'm going to see Driftwood at the railway but no one else is going :(. no Ems, No Jen, No Hannah, No one :(. I'm getting the bus there and back. I'm planning to take my big camera :O. If it's raining i may not.

Ranting Time

I'm v tired as my history teacher is so boring. I hate her lessons. I'm no longer enjoying History. we spent the whole lesson reading from the textbook. I can't learn from reading. Some people can but not me. Reading weather I'm enjoying it or not makes me fall asleep and i remember nothing i read. Hence i get Harry Potter on Audio book. That way i enjoy it and i don't fall asleep. 2day i had double history and it dragged on for soooo long. Next Tuesday is fun day and lessons stop after 1 but she still wants us to go to our lesson at 2.45. well F*** her. It's not my fault she isn't teaching us quickly enough. I don't want to go to a lesson i don't have to where I'm not gonna learn a single thing. I'm instead going home. She can't stop me.

This 2ND rant is on a lighter note. Here is a scene:

Technically that's correct but it sounds wrong. U expect something to follow after the I'm even though nothing needs to. abbreviations are weird.

Uber sunny

Hi

It's July. it's sunny :). Super sunny. Extremely sunny. Uber Sunny. over 30 degrees. That is hot and i love it. About a week ago i was wearing a jumper cause it was cold. This country makes no sense. u can tell it's summer as everyone is suffering form hayfever or heatstoke or both at the same time (Ur v unfortunate is that happens to u). I lv the sun :)

Anyway have a guess where I'm going 2night. Scouts yes. But where? CRANBURY PARK And where did i go last wkend and last Monday all with my cubs (so that's 3 days in a row)? CRANBURY PARK. And where am i going this wkend CRANBURY PARK. I GETTING SICK OF THE PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! It's summer hence we're trying to go there a lot to embrace the sunlight.

I remember when it used to be dark at 5. Now it doesn't get dark. Sadly we have pasted the longest day so day are getting slightly shorter :(.

Anyway 2morrow at 11 I'm going to intech to learn about planets. wooot. and i'm back a bit after 1. I miss a free and a history single.

I can't wait till Monday 13Th of July. I get to go back to Thorpe Park with the maths dept. I'm going, Adam's going, Andrew's going and so is Yuhao. It's gonna be awesome. we leave at 8.30 and get back at 7.30. That mean we're at the park from opening to closing time (10.00-18.00) :)

2day at college was ok except no one was around. Right i should set off for scouts.
